DESIGN NARRATIVES

Films That Move

Films That Move is an international artist residency where filmmakers, dancers, and creatives collaborate to produce short films inspired by movement. During a two-week residency in Cape Charles, I developed the program’s first cohesive visual identity system, creating branding and promotional materials across print, environmental, and digital platforms. Working closely with Artistic Director Renata Sheppard, the challenge was to capture the experimental, collaborative spirit of the residency while establishing a professional and unified brand presence.

SAVANNAH CHILDREN'S CHOIR

Founded over 17 years ago, the Savannah Children’s Choir is a nationally recognized youth music program uniting young singers across Georgia and South Carolina. This reimagined identity was designed to elevate the choir’s visual presence while honoring its mission of cultural connection, emotional expression, and musical education. Inspired by the stained glass windows and historic architecture of Savannah, the brand system uses refined typography, color, and the interplay of positive and negative space to create a nurturing yet contemporary identity that celebrates youth, music, and community.

Harmony in Diversity

This experimental book project combines analog design with generative AI through a handcrafted publication. The book explores the visual and cultural parallels between Indian and Chinese traditions. Created for a production-based design course at Savannah College of Art and Design, the project challenged me to thoughtfully integrate AI-generated visual and written content into a tactile, physical format. The result is a contemporary exploration of cultural storytelling, materiality, and the evolving relationship between design and generative AI.

Vahana

Vahana is a custom playing card deck inspired by Hindu mythology and the symbolic relationship between deities and their divine animal companions, known as “Vahanas.” Rooted in cultural storytelling, the deck features 12 original illustrations representing different Vahanas across the face cards. In addition to the illustrations, the suits were fully customized to create a cohesive and immersive identity for the deck. Blending storytelling, symbolism, and detailed illustration, the project explores how traditional cultural stories can be translated into a interactive design experience.

Sattva Airlines is a conceptual airline brand designed around the principles of sustainability and environmental responsibility. Inspired by the Sanskrit word, 'sattva', meaning balance, harmony, and purity, the brand envisions a future of aviation that prioritizes both passenger experience and ecological impact. The identity explores how a modern airline could communicate its commitment to reducing carbon emissions through sustainable aviation fuel, minimizing in-flight waste, and promoting more conscious travel choices. Through branding, environmental graphics, and customer touchpoints, the project creates a cohesive visual system that reflects a cleaner and more responsible future for air travel.

Chocobon is a conceptual branding and packaging project for a premium organic chocolate brand based in Germany. The project explores how visual identity can communicate sustainability, craftsmanship, and product experience within the organic food market. Inspired by earthy flavor profiles such as coconut, hazelnut, coffee, and mint, the system uses distinctive color palettes and custom pattern language to create a cohesive and recognizable brand identity. The refreshed redesign focuses on elevating the packaging through refined typography, contemporary layouts, and a balance of organic warmth and premium aesthetics.
